About Anne
Coaching Leaders — reaching your potential by creating your best self.
Anne O'Donnell, President
I work with executives and aspiring executives who seek to increase their capacity at work and in life. My clients are most often on the edge of innovation and aspiration who seek change with a purpose. As skilled listener and accountability partner, I work with clients who seek an authentic but more powerful version of themselves.
I commit myself to my coaching practice with over thirty years’ experience in industry, government, and academic sectors each time leading teams and ideas that created positive and purposeful change. I earned a reputation for developing leaders who show up authentically and drive themselves to be their best while contributing to organizations that keep up with change, innovate, and inspire.
My experience encompasses both Fortune 500 and start up companies across software, hardware, wireless, defense, energy and life science sectors. My organizational experience includes positions as Executive Director in Corporate Services, Business Development, and Research Partnerships.
A certified Hudson Institute Leadership and Executive Coach and a ACC level of the International Coaching Federation, I am strategic and results oriented with an emphasis on transition and change, renewal and resilience using principles of human development and organizational systems thinking.
I earned a BA from Mount Holyoke College, a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government and a master’s degree in Theology from Harvard Divinity School. I am a past board member of the Network of Academic Corporate Relations Officers (NACRO) and past Chair of the Benchmarking Committee and coauthored a paper on building academic centers of excellence and regularly consult on building effective university-industry alliances.
